You may have a hard time staying on track today. Coming out of the weekend fog isn’t always easy. With so many ideas and tasks floating around, focusing on the important things can be tough. Take on the boring stuff first. Get it out of the way so that you can look forward to focusing on the things you enjoy. Try to infuse some fun into your to-do list; whistle while you work!

Being human isn’t just about grand moments of inspiration or romance or accomplishment; it’s also about the hiccups and stumbles and disasters, the nitty-gritty of a big, complex, and challenging universe. Scrapes and bruises, mistakes and misfortunes, embarrassments and regrets: These are all just as “human” as the joys and pleasures. It’s all an adventure.
